Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Trebellajewels.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-5 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Additional production and shipping delays may occur due to restrictions due to the pandemic.

Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day.

Purchases from an outside retailer cannot be returned or exchanged on Trebellajewels.com, you must bring the item to the retailer it was purchased at. Trebellajewel.com is only responsible for items purchased directly from our website.

 

QUALITY

What color/clarity are your gemstones and where do they come from?

All stones and metals are authenticated unless specified otherwise. Please note that no two stones are alike. They can slightly vary in color and size, as well as contain imperfections, due to their natural state. Our materials are ethically sourced around the world. 

 

For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from TreBella Jewels (trebellajewels.com), please email trebellajewels@gmail.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will update you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
